As Tall As Lions
Self-Titled.

Release Date : August 8, 2006.
Label: Triple Crown.
Rating: Capable. (Screw points. To each his own!)

The opening track had a lot of promise, but by the time I hit "Song For Luna," I'm finding the music a bit blah for lack of a much much better word. But then it gets better than. But then it gets corny again. I think there's generally a lot of great music on here, but the voice isn't anything outrageous that stands out, makes any sort of impact. I little Palo Alto but... less nice. "Ghost Of York" is pretty - still this album doesn't completely turn my crank but it is sweet and romantic in a slightly-alt manner. Pairs well with a movie scene of people dancing in a lake at night or something.

Song of choice : I think "Ghost Of York" is probably the one.
